We protect the donor's intent and the recipient's dignity. Safety is engineered into the protocol.

No Direct Contact

Donors and Recpients never exchange phone numbers or meet in person. All communication is public (comments) or system-mediated. This prevents harassment and unsafe dynamics.

Card Controls

Cards are restricted to essential categories. Cash withdrawals are disabled by default. The system automatically locks cards upon detecting high-risk merchant codes.

Privacy First

Recipients consent to share their updates, but their exact location data is obfuscated. We do not sell data. We do not exploit trauma for clicks.

Zero Tolerance

We have a zero-tolerance policy for:

  • Fraud or faked video updates.
  • Harassment or abusive language in comments.
  • Misuse of funds for illegal activities.

Any violation results in immediate account suspension and investigation.
