Video & Media Release Consent

1. Grant of Rights

By uploading Video Updates ("Content") to the VideoBackedMoney Platform, you grant VideoBackedMoney a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the Content for the purpose of operating the Platform and promoting the mission of transparency in giving.

2. Purpose of Content

You understand that the primary purpose of the Content is to providingProof of Action to Donors. The Content demonstrates how funds are used.

3. No Expectation of Compensation

You understand that you are not an employee of VideoBackedMoney. Aside from the donations received through the Platform in accordance with our Terms, you are not entitled to additional compensation for the use of the video Content itself.

4. Revocation

You may delete specific Video Updates from your timeline. However, we may retain internal copies for audit and compliance purposes to verify the legitimacy of past transactions.

5. Representation

You represent that you own the Content you upload and that it does not infringe on the rights of third parties. You agree not to film other individuals without their consent.
