What You Do
- Onboard Recipients:Find people who are ready for this loop. Help them set up the profile.
- Verify Identity:Confirm they are who they say they are. Prevent fraud at the gate.
- Facilitate Tech:Ensure they have a working phone and know how to record a video.
- Monitor Flags:Respond if the system flags a transaction or a missing video.
What You Do NOT Do
- Manange Money:You do not touch the funds. The funds go directly to the recipient's card.
- Override Rules:You cannot unlock a card if a video is missing. The system is impartial.
- Act as Savior:Your job is infrastructure, not counseling.
